Contact form / demo request / lead form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, a demo request or the lead form, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The data is stored in an AWS DynamoDB database in the EU (Frankfurt am Main). An email notification is sent via Amazon SES. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

ROI calculator

When you use our ROI calculator, the building data you enter and your email address are stored in order to send you the calculated report. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Google Maps

On our contact page we use Google Maps to display our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Maps is only loaded after your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No data is transmitted to Google before consent is given. After consent has been given, Google may collect your IP address and other usage data.

Sanity CMS

For the management of content (news, blog, job postings, downloads) we use Sanity.io, a cloud-based content management service provided by Sanity AS, Grensen 13, 0159 Oslo, Norway. Images and content are delivered via the Sanity CDN. No personal data of website visitors is transmitted to Sanity in this process.
