Our team currently consists of 35 members, spread across our site near Berlin and remote all over the world — among them resourceful engineers, precise data analysts, attentive customer experts, accomplished strategists and experienced finance specialists.
Using self-learning systems, we work to put valuable heat to effective use and put an end to energy waste. We encourage our customers to save energy and money at the same time — and to have fun while doing it.
We'd rather experiment than ponder for long: in our X-Lab, ideas are put to the reality check.
Our heart beats for data: by analysing it, we make decisions with our heads rather than from the gut.
We're driven by a love of learning and constant development — whether in the kitchenette or at our Lunch & Learn sessions.
